1.2 These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Pamperly to you. They also cover your use of our website, including the features and services we offer.
Ordering Products
2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy products from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to an error in pricing or availability.
2.2 We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. However, this does not mean that your order has been accepted. We will only accept your order when we dispatch the products to you.
2.3 If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST.
3.2 We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
3.3 Payment must be made in full before we dispatch the products to you.
Delivery
4.1 We offer free delivery within Australia.
4.2 We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days of receiving payment.
4.3 We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
4.4 We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Returns and Refunds
5.1 We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.
5.2 Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products must be returned with all tags and labels attached. Products must not have been used or washed.
5.3 You are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.
5.4 Once we receive the returned products, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Return Procedure
5.5 To initiate a return, please email us at hello@pamperly.com.au with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
5.6 We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Refunds
5.7 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product.
5.8 Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
5.9 Shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases where the product is faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
5.10 Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product.
5.11 If the product being exchanged is of greater value than the replacement product, we will issue a refund for the difference.
5.12 If the product being exchanged is of lesser value than the replacement product, we will require the payment difference.
Faulty or Damaged Products
5.13 If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at hello@pamperly.com.au within 7 days of receipt of the product.
5.14 We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, and will cover the shipping costs.
5.15 We will offer you a replacement product or a full refund, at your discretion.
