Australia Shipping & Handling
We use Australia Post and all our orders are dispatched within 48 hours (working days Mon-Fri) with a tracking number provided. Rates are calculated using Australia Post Rates and are calculated on checkout. Our shipping is based on weight.
Australia Post transit times, once dispatched, as per their website. Please note these delivery times may vary and are out of Pamperly's control.
Sending to same state:
Metro - up to 3 business days
Sending interstate:
Metro - up to 3-6 business days
Refunds & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pamperly. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date provided the product is in its original condition, subject to our Terms and Conditions.
For return or exchange requests please email hello@pamperly.com.au with your order number, reason for return and whether you’d like a return or exchange. We are unable to refund postage costs and cost of return postage is at your own cost.
International Shipping
Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
